为什么我这样设置，我方先行动的动作组正常使用，而地方先行动的动作组不能正常使用呢？
可以放个其他的动作验证一下 switch分支值<敌方行动值 的条件是否被触发了，看看是switch条件没达成还是动作组内容写得不对
