今早更新了，貌似没有特效这个东西了，现在好像叫滤镜，禁用启用的动作，和设置参数的动作在这里，禁用启用前，需要先添加你要的特效效果，才能被禁用/启用 选中图层组后，在它的属性找到滤镜，添加你要的滤镜，然后才能用事件启用、禁用你添加的滤镜（包括设置属性）
